Mark Durland is one of America’s most decorated golf instructors — recognized every year since 2017 by Golf Magazine as a Top 100 Teacher in America. Based at CAVU Golf Club in Naples, Florida, he has spent over 30 years building a teaching philosophy around one core principle: simplicity.
Mark plays golf left-handed and bases all instruction on proper impact fundamentals. He has worked with everyone from first-time beginners to PGA and LPGA Tour professionals. His use of Trackman 4 radar technology and CoachNow video analysis eliminates guesswork, giving every student a clear data-backed path to improvement.
He presented to his peers at the 2013 & 2014 Trackman Users Conference in Phoenix, AZ, and his instruction appears monthly in Golf Magazine’s Play Smart series.
